Ok so it’s not what you are thinking. When I say a cold one I am talking about water. When you wake up before you have breakfast or your morning coffee drink 1 glass of water which will give your metabolism the kick starts it needs. And in doing this it will carry on through the day. 2. Lift things
Again, this is something to do before you have had your first meal. Lift. By doing weights in the morning before you have had your first meal will get your bodies system up and running.
